Nick obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He continued his post-graduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, where he obtained his Diploma in Company Law, and Higher Diploma in Tax Law. Nick has been a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 1976 and specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation. Cleo Artemides BA, LL.B
Cleo Artemides holds a Bachelor of Arts and LL.B degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and has been a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 1988. He and Nick Christelis established the firm in 1994. He acts on behalf of various well-known Franchisors and has extensive experience in the drafting and vetting of various types of commercial agreements, which inter alia include: Franchise, Publishing, Management and Licence Agreements as well as Shareholders and Joint Venture Agreements. He is an experienced legal practitioner with sound knowledge of all aspects of South African law. Nicolette Tommei LL.B
Nicolette obtained her LL.B degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and has been a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 2006. She joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2010. She has a diverse practice and specialises in all aspects of civil, commercial and corporate litigation and has further experience in the drafting and vetting of various agreements, including Franchise, Sale and Lease Agreements.
